Leaves Help Fill Compost Bins

Run your own leaves through a 3 1/2 horse power leaf shredder since shredded leaves compost much more quickly. They must stay moist and out of direct heat or light. It is also a wonderful idea to place a large stick at the center of the stack while you build it.
